ความหมายและการผันช่อง Restrain
คำว่า Restrain ในภาษาอังกฤษ แปลว่า ยับยั้ง, ควบคุม, ห้าม. เป็นคำกริยาที่ใช้บ่อย และเป็นกริยาปกติ (Regular Verb) เพราะแค่เติม -ed เมื่อเป็นอดีต.
